Nach dem Pflegegrad richtet sich die H\u00e4ufigkeit der Besuche:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Bei Pflegegrad 1-3 sind die Besuche jedes Halbjahr nachzuweisen, bei den Pflegegraden 4 und 5 jedes Quartal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Gerne k\u00f6nnen Sie telefonisch (+49 (0) 21 73 \/ 89 31 11 99) oder \u00fcber unseren Kalender (s.u.)
